FOUNDER STORY
My name is Exodus, and most people know me by my internet name, Exodus_Tola.
For most of my life, I was focused only on grades. From elementary school to high school (Grades 4–12), I was consistently ranked first and was a top scorer in the Grade 8 Ministry Exam.
I truly believed that success was only about education and grades. I thought there was no life beyond that. I spent countless hours studying so much that even my family advised me to take breaks. But I was completely obsessed with academics.
Looking back, that was one of the biggest mistakes I made.
When I joined university, I continued the same path and achieved strong results in my first year. But something didn’t feel right. I realized that even with good grades, nothing meaningful was changing in my life.
During that time, I discovered something that completely shifted my perspective—there is a whole world beyond the classroom.
There are skills to learn, opportunities to explore, people to meet, and experiences that most students are never exposed to. I also noticed that many students around me were living the same cycle:
I realized that if I continued like this, I would graduate with nothing but a piece of paper and no real-world value.
In April 2024, I made a life-changing decision.
I stopped chasing grades as my only goal. I told myself, “Exodus, you already know you can get good grades if you focus on it but that’s not enough for the future you want. You have to go beyond that.”
I began to rethink my life. I asked myself what I truly wanted, what skills I could learn, and how I could solve problems for myself and for others.
That’s when everything changed.

The Journey
Building Startups & Creating Solutions
I began learning new skills online, taking courses beyond my university curriculum, and exploring opportunities outside the classroom. I pushed myself to grow in ways the traditional system never required.
I am currently a student pursuing two bachelor’s degrees in Software Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Technology, but my growth is no longer limited to academics. I am actively building my own startups, working on personal and side projects, and learning how to create real-world solutions.
At the same time, I focus on improving myself every day. I also share my journey and insights through content on Telegram, where I’ve built a community of over 3,100 people.
I strongly believe that God has guided me throughout this journey—providing the right resources, connecting me with the right people, and helping me grow step by step.
Today, I am not just studying—I am building, learning, exploring, and creating. More importantly, I am showing what is possible when a student decides to go beyond the classroom.

I launched this initiative because I don’t want other students to wait as long as I did to see the bigger picture.
If I had this mindset in elementary or high school, my journey would have been very different. But I don’t regret my past I believe everything happens at the right time, and this is my time to help others.
I want students to understand that there is more they can do, more they can become, and more opportunities available to them.
